Dr. Jae-Eon Jang graduated from the 34th class of the Korea
Military Academy and earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science
from Oregon State University. He served as the Director of the
Computer Operations Division at the Defense Security Command
and as a Professor of Computer Science at the National Defense
University. During the April 10th general election, he discovered
an anomaly that contradicted the "Law of Large Numbers," which
suggests that the results of the day’s vote should not differ
significantly from the early voting results. He identified that
election fraud in South Korea was likely caused by computer
manipulation and reported five National Election Commission
(NEC) officials responsible for managing the election systems.
Through the Gwacheon Police Station and Anyang District
Prosecutors' Office, he is actively investigating the election fraud
and informing the public about the computer manipulation
involved. Currently, he has established the “National Movement
to Investigate NEC Servers” to actively promote this issue to the
public. He is also leading a movement to raise awareness among
young students by summarizing the core evidence of election
fraud (phenomena) on a single page and spreading it across
                            universities nationwide.
