Attorney Yong-Jin Yoon, born in Daegu, graduated from the
Department of Law at Korea University and completed his legal
studies at the Graduate School of Law at Yeungnam University.
He is currently the managing attorney at Yoon Yong-Jin Law
Office. He is also a co-chairman of the civic organization named
‘Fair and commonsense liberal democracy alliance’, a co-chairman
of the Free Lawyers Association, and deputy team leader of the
Election Fraud Prevention Legal Support Team. He is actively
participating in uncovering election fraud. He represented clients
in the election invalidation lawsuit following the April 15, 2020
general election and continues to serve as a representative in
the election invalidation case for the April 10, 2024 general
election. In 2022, as a legal representative in the case against
the vaccine pass, he successfully obtained injunction rulings in
Seoul and Daegu. In 2024, he led an online petition calling for
the dismissal of the head of Dongtan Police Station in relation to
a high-profile false sexual assault case, gaining significant media
attention. Recently, he co-authored a book, ‘Stop the Steal’, which
documents the Supreme Court's attempt in trying to conceal
election fraud.
