YouTuber "Sigolchonbu" is the author of the bestselling ‘Hangul
Excel’ series, which was published from 1996 to 2000. He runs
the YouTube channel "Sigolchonbu TV" and played a significant
role in uncovering election fraud by identifying manipulated
data in over 3,500 towns and districts across the country. He
filed a request for information on the April 10th general election
with the National Election Commission and, during the process
of gathering data, compared and analyzed numbers that should
have matched—such as the final number of voters, mail delivery
counts, voter turnout, ballot distribution, and actual votes cast.
This led him to create a report documenting all the discrepancies
found in the 22nd National Assembly election results. His
findings revealed that there was an election management error
of 27.9 votes for every 100,000 votes processed nationwide. He
raised reasonable suspicions that advanced IT technologies, such
as vote-counting machines and printing stamps, were misused to
manipulate the election.
