Professor Emeritus Joo-Sung Maeng of Hanyang University is
a renowned scholar in the field of mechanical engineering. He
earned his Ph.D. in engineering, specializing in statistics and
computer simulations, from ENSEEIHT in Toulouse, France. After
the April 15, 2020 election, he focused on uncovering the digital
mechanisms behind election manipulation through programming.
He analyzed the results of the 4.15 general election, the March
9 presidential election, and the June 1 local elections from a
digital perspective, giving lectures on these topics through
his YouTube channel, VON. He also served as the Chairman of
the Association for Rule of Law and Liberal Democracy (NPK).
Professor Maeng co-authored a book, ‘The Hacker’s Fingerprint’,
which comprehensively exposes the digital crime mechanisms
behind the election fraud in the 4.15 general election.
