Professor Byeong-Gi Heo is an Emeritus Professor at Inha
University’s College of Engineering. He earned a Ph.D. in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Compiegne in France,
specializing in Bioengineering at Inha University’s Department
of Bio-Chemical Engineering. He served as a professor at Inha
University and contributed to South Korea's first development
of a surface-to-air missile and the self-sufficiency of designing
thermal power plants. Professor Heo dedicated five months,
working tirelessly day and night, to mathematically analyze the
data from the 22nd National Assembly election on April 10th.
His analysis revealed that 46 candidates from the People Power
Party, who had lost in the election, were actually elected. Based
on this, he co-authored the book ‘The Secret Orders Behind the
2020 April 15th Election’(Volumes 1 and 2) with Kyung-Wook
Min, uncovering the truth behind the election manipulation.
