Attorney Oh-Yong Kwon is a former prosecutor in the Public
Prosecutor's Office of Incheon and is currently the managing
attorney at Yein Law Office. He graduated from the law school
of Korea University and earned a Master's in Social Work (MSW)
from the University of South Carolina. Appointed as a prosecutor
in 1988, he spent seven years in investigative roles. Later, he
established his law practice in Incheon, where he has worked
as a human rights lawyer. In 2017, he received an award from
the Constitutional Court for his exemplary work as a public
defender. In the 2020 April 15th general election, he represented
former National Assembly member Min Kyung-Wook in a lawsuit
challenging the election results in Incheon Yeonsu and is
currently serving as the co-chair of the Special Committee for
Investigating Election Fraud.
