Introduction Abstract:
Evidence of Fraud in the 2024 General Election

Dr. Geum-Sook Wi highlighted signi#cant instances of electoral
fraud during South Korea’s 2024 general election, pointing to
systemic issues throughout the election process. Drawing from
evidence collected since 2020, she criticized key institutions—
including the judiciary, law enforcement, prosecution, courts,
and media—for their passive approach and even complicity in
concealing fraud. Notably, the discovery of forged ballots and
irregularities in the early voting process during the April 2024
election raised serious questions about electoral integrity.
