Forged Ballots and
Allegations Against the Cho Kuk Innovation Party

Dr. Wi presented compelling evidence regarding the Cho Kuk
Innovation Party’s proportional representation ballots. She cited
abnormal ballots over 50cm in length and argued that the party’s
acquisition of 12 seats was implausible. !ese ballots appeared to
be forged and mass-produced in a standardized process. Dr. Wi
asserted that such anomalies indicate systematic manipulation,
severely undermining trust in the election results.

Structural Vulnerabilities in Early Voting and

                                  Manipulation Risks

Dr. Wi emphasized the vulnerabilities in the early voting
process, citing numerous ballots that deviated from standard
specifications. Irregularities in ballot issuance and errors in
sorting machines, which misclassified bundles of 100 ballots,
were highlighted as avenues for manipulation. She argued that
these malfunctions likely skewed results in favor of specific
candidates, further suggesting deliberate manipulation within
            the early voting system.

                             Declining Voter Turnout and
                         Anomalies in Real-Time Vote Counts

Dr. Wi pointed to the unusual phenomenon of voter turnout
rates decreasing in real time, contrary to the norm where
turnout should increase over time. She interpreted this as a
