Evidence and Analysis of Electoral Fraud

Professor Heo revealed that vote counting software manipulation
significantly inflated the vote shares of Democratic Party
candidates during the 2020 and 2022 elections. Abnormal
patterns, such as rapid surges in votes within short timeframes,
were observed in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. For instance,
a polling station recorded votes at intervals of just 42 seconds
per voter-an implausible phenomenon suggesting external
interference or machine tampering.

Sigolchonbu, through his own analysis, claimed that the 2022
presidential election saw Moon Jae-In winning by a margin
exceeding 17%, a stark contrast to the official 0.7% margin.
He argued this discrepancy is critical evidence for fraud
investigations and identi#ed similar patterns in the 2024 general
election, raising ongoing concerns about manipulation.

Mechanisms and Scale of Fraud

Professor Heo identified two primary mechanisms of electoral
manipulation:
