Welcome Letter





To All Franke Employees

Education and communication are essential. It does not matter how
strong our beneits program is if we cannot also help you understand
your options and their value. This open enrollment guide is an important
new way to communicate Franke’s beneits program. Additionally, we
hope this guide helps educate and empower you and your family members

to elect the insurance coverage and beneit support you need.

Franke is introducing two new voluntary beneit offerings which will

be enrolled through the Choicelinx system. This guide provides details
concerning the new wellness program, as well as describes the competitive
beneits package made available to you. We know you rely on Franke
to provide a comprehensive beneits program covering a wide range of
inancial, physical, and emotional needs. We strive to create an attractive
beneits package, as we know attracting a strong workforce is essential to
Franke’s success.


We also believe a broad and attractive beneits program exempliies the
respect and esteem we have for our employees. Franke’s investment in the
CareHere clinics along with providing comprehensive medical, dental, and

vision programs have been made and offered to allow you to meet your
individual needs. We provide life and disability insurance coverage to help
you prepare for the unknown and protect your family from inancial risk.
We also offer retirement options, paid time off, and paid holidays because
we understand the importance of rest and relaxation for your work-life
balance.


We hope you ind this open enrollment guide useful as you weigh your
options as a family. Our HR team will sponsor open enrollment meetings
and hold beneit fairs November 10 through 13 to communicate more
speciic details regarding our 2016 beneit options. We hope you will take
time to learn more about these offerings and make your 2016 beneit

elections by the Friday, November 20 enrollment deadline.
