Franke Wellness Program
Franke greatly values wellness, and thus we seek to inspire you and your
family’s collective physical, mental, and inancial well-being. As a result,
we are excited to announce you will be eligible to earn wellness dollars
of $200 (for employee-only coverage) or $350 (for employee + spouse
coverage) to be placed into your HSA if enrolled in the Choice Fund
HSA plan, or FSA if enrolled in the OAP plan for completing a biometric
screening in 2015.
In order to receive your wellness dollars, you and your spouse, if covered
under one of the Franke medical plans, must complete your biometric
screening by Friday, December 18, 2015.
Franke will continue to offer wellness activities, educational sessions, and
wellness rafle prizes throughout 2016. Stay tuned for more information
to come!
Please note, the beBetter health program has been discontinued and will
no longer be available after 12/31/15.
