If you participate in the 2016 wellness plan as described previously,
Franke will deposit funds into your HSA. You may use your Franke
wellness dollars to reimburse any HSA eligible medical expense. You may
also set aside additional pre-tax dollars through payroll deduction to add
to your HSA account.
You are eligible to open an HSA if:
You are enrolled in a qualiied high deductible health plan
You are not covered by your spouse’s non-high deductible health plan
or healthcare lexible spending account
You are not eligible to be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s
tax return
You are not enrolled in Medicare, TRICARE, or TRICARE for life
You have not received veterans administration beneits
