We offer a voluntary life insurance option with competitive group
rates so you can purchase the additional inancial protection you need.
LifeTime Beneit Term insurance if offered through Chubb. Coverage
is available for you, your spouse, and your dependents. These beneits
are personalized to each individuals age and coverage level. You will be

Cost of Coverage
Your individual premium rate will depend on your age and how much
coverage you elect. You can elect coverage beginning at $10,000 and then
the coverage amounts begin at $25,000 and increase in increments of
$25,000 up to $250,000 worth of coverage. Coverage is also available for
you spouse and dependent children. Limitations do apply. Please call Nroll
to enroll in coverage and review your coverage and premium amounts.
