That includes investing in the health and wellness of our employees by providing you with a comprehensive beneits
package covering a wide range of inancial, physical, and emotional needs. All full-time, regular employees are
eligible to participate in our beneits program!
This Beneit Guide provides detailed information about DAWSON’s beneits program and is designed to help you
understand the various options available to you and your family.
DAWSON has made the investment to offer our ‘Ohana comprehensive medical, dental, and vision program and,
to give you the lexibility to choose the healthcare coverage that works best for you, we offer a variety of plans. The
details of the different medical plans are provided in this document.
To help you prepare for the unknown and protect your family from inancial risk, DAWSON provides life
insurance, short term disability, and long term disability insurance policies and you have the option to purchase
additional insurance above and beyond the plans we provide. To help you prepare for the future, we also offer a
retirement savings program with both 401(k) and Roth 401(k) options, both with an employer match. And as part
of our commitment to your development and inancial security, we also offer student loan repayment assistance.
Additional beneits available include: voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage; identity
theft coverage; and pet insurance.
And because we understand the importance of rest and relaxation for your life balance, we provide paid time off
and paid holidays.
