Cigna Telehealth Connection
Cigna provides access to a telehealth service as part of
your medical plan—MDLIVE. This service provides a
cost-effective alternative to an urgent care clinic or the
emergency room. The cost of a phone or online visit is
the same or less than with your primary care provider.
Cigna Telehealth Connection lets you get the care you
need—including most prescriptions—for a wide range
of minor conditions. Now you can connect with a
board-certiied doctor via video chat or phone, without
leaving your home or ofice.
Choose when: day or night, weekdays, weekends, and
holidays
Choose where: home, work, or on the go
Choose how: phone or video chat
Choose who: MDLIVE doctors
Once registered, you can speak with a doctor for help
with any of the following:
Sore throat UTIs
Headache Depression
Stomachache Addiction
Fever Eating disorders
Cold and lu Grief, loss, life changes
Allergies—rash or acne
If enrolled in the HDHP medical plan, the cost of a
telehealth visit is $55, which will be applied to your
calendar year deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.
