Elm , a pionee r of digita l solution, and the Royal Comm is s ion for AlUla (RCU), have s igned a
memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the field of research, on the s idelines of LEAP 2023 held in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from February 6 to 9.
Amr bin Saleh AlMadani, RCU's CEO, and Dr Abdulra hman bin Saad Aljadhai, Elm's CEO, s igned the
MoU, which provides a framework for bila teral cooperation in the fields of scientific research,
development and imple mentation of joint projects , and promotion of added value, in accordance with
the aspira tions and vis ions of both parties and of the target entities in the governorate of AlUla.

The MoU s tates that RCU shall provide research require ments and permits, coordinate with
s takeholde rs , and determine methods to be used in research and s tudie s .
Elm will conduct analysis; prepare, s tudy, review, develop, and align projects and applied scientific
research of common interest; develop mechanis ms to monitor implem entation; coordina te activitie s ;
organize workshops; and give presentations in scientific conferences as part of its partnership with
RCU. Conducting research on RCU's services and solutions will enhance their efficiency and highlight
prospects for their development.
