AlMa dani stated that one of the MoU's objectives  is to make Al-Ula a unique, international destination
               for living, tourism, and  business.  He  emphasized  that  through  its  partnerships  and  programs, RCU
               s trive s to achieve the vis ion of AlUla and maxim ize impact by promoting sustainable development for
               humans and pla ces.
               Dr  Aljadhai,  Elm's  CEO,  said  that  the  company  s trives  to  enhance  its  research  and  s trategic
               cooperation    with    various    government    sectors,   m inis trie s ,   and    agencie s ,   including    RCU.

               He  expressed  Elm's inte res t  in  contributing  to  RCU's efforts to  im prove  the  efficie ncy  of  its work
               management, with  its  digita l transformation expertise. He  pointed  out that Elm  is  aware  of the  role
               that digita l transformation can pla y in enhancing the  capacity of tourism  authorities  and ins titutions
               and  developing  their  performance,  which  can  contribute effectively  to  developing  services in  the
               sector and making them more seamless.
               Dr Alja dhai apprecia ted that the Kingdom is we ll on its  way in the fie ld of digita l transformation. This
               direction  is  of  paramount  importance  in  light  of  the  increasing  need  to  shift  from  traditional ways
               toward a digita l future. Digita l transformation will enable and acce lera te the transformation of public
               ins titutions efficiently and effective ly.
