A recent study indicates that about 33 percent of government jobs in Dubai are at a significant risk of being
affected by generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). The research also highlights that clerical support roles are
the most vulnerable, with generative AI potentially eliminating 24 percent of the tasks associated with these
positions.

The study was conducted by the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) in partnership with the
Dubai Government Human Resources Department. It surveyed 2 480 employees across 34 different government
