        The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has joined hands with SHL, a global
        leader in talent management, to improve the skills of HR professionals working in Dubai’s government.
        This collaboration aims to provide HR experts with the tools they need to better manage and develop
        talent in line with the best international standards.

        This  partnership  is  part  of  DGHR’s  ongoing  efforts  to  improve  how  talent  is  managed  across  the
        government. By giving HR professionals the skills they need, the initiative prepares them to handle
        challenges that may arise in the future. This move is also in line with the Dubai Economic Agenda
        D33,  which  focuses  on  strengthening  Dubai’s  position  as  a  center  for  innovation  and  building  a
        sustainable economy.

        Additionally,  the  partnership  supports  the  UAE's  national  strategy  to  attract  and  keep  talented
        professionals. This will help ensure that there are enough skilled workers in important sectors, which is
        crucial for growing the knowledge-based economy and reinforcing the UAE’s reputation as a place
        where global talent is drawn.


        H.E. Muna Buhumaid, the CEO of the Future Resources Sector at DGHR, highlighted the importance
        of this collaboration in helping Dubai’s government talent align with international standards. She said,
        “Investing in people is a key goal for Dubai’s government. This partnership shows our commitment to
        providing HR professionals with the advanced skills they need to attract, manage, and keep top talent.
        This will help Dubai achieve its ambitious vision for excellence in government."
