        Bureaucracy Forum to advance digital services and efficiency

        The Ministry of Economy and Tourism has organised the second Zero Bureaucracy Forum in Dubai, bringing together senior government
        officials and stakeholders to highlight progress in advancing the UAE’s digital services ecosystem and strengthening operational efficiency
        through advanced technologies and artificial intelligence (AI).

        The event saw the participation of H.E. Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism; H.E. Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi,
        Minister of Foreign Trade; and a wide range of federal and local government representatives. Attendees included H.E. Mohamed Bin Taliah,
        Chief of Government Services in the UAE Government; H.E. Eng. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Muwaiji, Chairman of the Ajman Chamber of
        Commerce and Industry; H.E. Badreya Al Maidoor, Assistant Undersecretary of Support Services at the Ministry of Economy and Tourism;
        H.E. Marwan Al Zaabi, Assistant Undersecretary for Regions Sector at the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment; and H.E. Fatima Al
        Naqbi, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at the Ministry of Finance.

        Advancing The Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme

        H.E. Bin Touq reaffirmed that the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme embodies the UAE’s comprehensive vision to simplify
        procedures, enhance service delivery, and support national competitiveness.
        “The Ministry of Economy and Tourism has made significant progress in achieving the objectives of this programme, through an integrated
        framework of digital services, private sector support, and streamlined processes,” he said.

        He recalled that the Ministry was one of the first government entities to digitise services during the 2020 pandemic. Today, all Ministry
        services are available online via its website and smart application, marking a major step in eliminating bureaucratic barriers and facilitating
        business operations.
