The forum also showcased updates on the next phase of the Zero Bureaucracy Programme, focusing on zero digital bureaucracy, greater
integration among government entities, and faster information exchange. H.E. Mohamed Bin Taliah noted that the government’s approach
continues to prioritise people’s needs, aiming for seamless service delivery and sustainable quality of life.

The event included presentations on upcoming re-engineered services, discussions on best practices, and reviews of the tangible
achievements to date.

Key Initiatives Launched

The Ministry also launched the “Excellence in Leadership” initiative, designed to empower citizens and residents by enhancing
productivity, creativity, and access to opportunities. The programme particularly supports SMEs and aligns with the objectives of We the UAE
2031.

Additionally, the forum celebrated the graduation of a new cohort from the Digital Service Design Course, based on the Government
Services Development Methodology 2.0. The course equips participants with skills to design innovative, user-friendly services, preparing a
new generation of professionals to drive zero-bureaucracy initiatives forward.

By reinforcing collaboration between ministries, federal authorities, and local entities, the Zero Bureaucracy Forum continues to serve as a
pivotal platform for shaping the UAE’s future-ready government services model.
