        During his opening remarks, Bin Touq noted that the Ministry was among the first to digitise services during the 2020

        pandemic. This shift marked a significant reduction in bureaucratic complexities. Within three years, all services became

        accessible online through the Ministry’s website and smart application. This transition has enhanced efficiency across
        various business activities.





        The forum also showcased presentations on digital services being developed by the Ministry of Economy and Tourism.
        These efforts aim to improve user experiences by re-engineering existing services. Discussions covered recent updates on

        the Zero Bureaucracy Programme, highlighting its achievements in enhancing government service competitiveness in the

        UAE.






























        The forum underscored the government's commitment to developing innovative solutions tailored to evolving customer
        needs. This approach contributes to creating seamless experiences while supporting efforts to eliminate bureaucracy
