A new initiative called "Excellence in Leadership" was launched at the forum as part of supporting the Zero Bureaucracy

Programme. This initiative focuses on enhancing life quality for UAE citizens and residents by empowering them to seize

opportunities while boosting productivity and creativity.

This initiative aligns with phase two of the programme, which concentrates on individuals and institutions like SMEs. It aims

to build a prosperous society while reinforcing UAE’s dedication to empowering people across all life aspects.

Graduation from Digital Service Design Course

The forum celebrated graduates from a Digital Service Design Course based on UAE Government’s Services Development
Methodology 2.0. The course equips participants with skills needed for designing innovative digital services that save time

for customers. It prepares professionals capable of supporting zero-bureaucracy initiatives effectively.
