system for military
personnel, aiming to bolster
job satisfaction and
streamline dispute resolution
within the department.
Resolution No. 1 of 2024
establishes clear procedures for filing complaints and ensures members' rights
are protected under existing legislation.
This initiative highlights the DGHR's ongoing commitment to fostering a stable
and positive work environment for all military personnel. The resolution
outlines a structured process for grievances, guiding submissions to the
appropriate departmental committee based on established regulations. It also
establishes a clear timeline for addressing concerns, aligning with Decree No.
27 of 2018 which governs the central committee for dispute resolution.
