The new ATDD website offers an upgraded, user-friendly interface that meets top
government standards. It features an AI-powered personal assistant capable of handling
inquiries, service procedures, requirements, fees, and tourist guidance, providing information
on Ajman’s tourist sites, museums, and activities. Users can engage with customer service
via audio, video, or screen sharing for real-time support without needing to visit ATDD’s
headquarters. The website also includes access to all government services and tourism data,
offering reports, decrees, and quick services.

‘Plan Your Trip’ Platform
ATDD’s ‘Plan Your Trip’ platform, highlighted at GITEX, is a fully AI-powered tool designed to
help visitors customize their travel itineraries. Visitors can interact with the platform via the AI
assistant ‘ChatGPT’ or by filling out an e-form to receive personalized recommendations for
tourist attractions, events, activities, and restaurants.

Automated Backend Operations
ATDD also focused on streamlining backend operations for employees by developing a
system that simplifies the addition of new services without requiring complex coding. This
system optimizes the management of service procedures, fees, and other requirements,
making operations more efficient.
