Conducted twice a week from April 30 to June 17, 2025, the program brought together employees
from 37 government entities, making it one of the most extensive specialised training initiatives
in talent management and analytics across Dubai. Participants gained valuable insights into key
government competencies, preparing them to help shape a future-ready workforce. Upon meeting
