in 1998. 70½"x81½" Fabric: Cotton. Batting: Light cotton, if any. Backing: Cotton muslin. Edge: Sides are
turned to the back by ¾" and caught by hand. Ends have a 1" twill tape sewn on the back by hand. Piecing:
By machine. Quilting: By machine. Condition: Excellent. There are some brown age stains on the back.
Comment: Note the varying widths of the red stripes. This could be ’70s op art coinciding with the ’70s
rediscovery of quilting.
