Lady Beard asked the question of the chapter, “What is
your desired CULTURE for TLOD?” That question
initiated nonstop dialogue among those in attendance.
Lady Beard pointed out that before change can take
place, decide what the organization will look like in the
future. This is done by reviewing the mission, vision and
value, and make sure the organization’s culture being
designed supports them. She pointed out that culture is
the character and personality of the organization.
