Chapter celebrated its 10th Anniversary during a gala
at The Waterford, Springfield, Virginia on September 8,
2018. The chapter chartered on September 13, 2008
with sixteen founding members: Lady Charlene Bishop,
Lady Angela Bouknight, Lady Janeen Brown; Lady San-
dra Clark (President), Lady Sharron Jackson, Lady El-
cynthia Johnson, Lady Merry Johnson, **Lady Shari
King, Lady Ukessia Lee, Lady Wilhemina McKinney
(TTA Advisor), Lady Janet Simmons, Lady Michelle
Smalls, Lady Cynthia Springfield, Lady Ann Tanner; La-
dy Jeanine Walton and Lady Jacqueline Wilcher. The
chapter chartered under the leadership of 11th National
President Lady Jackie Pope, National Area II Director
**Lady Delores Humphrey Chriss and the Chapter Or-
ganizer Lady Pauline Hunter. (**deceased)
Alexandria City Chapter Top Ladies and Top
Teens of America partnered with March of Dimes,
thousands of families and teams from all over the Dis-
trict of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia area to fund-
raise and walk in the 2018 March for Babies at Nationals
Park, home of the world-famous Washington Nationals
baseball team.
