The celebration began with a kick-off luncheon featur- .

Teens of America President. Displays of services to the
community, giveaways, resolutions, proclamations and
special presentations rounded out the day. Mr. Stephens,
a graduate of Morehouse University and Media Special-
ist at Clark University began his presentation with a trib-
ute to his grandmother/charter member Gloria Brown
who passed three weeks prior to the event. He aroused
the audience with a focus on the Top Teens of America
theme “Participation is Our Foundation as Leaders of
Tomorrow”. He urged all attendees to make an extra
effort to share in the positive development of our youth.
