Area III TTA President, Teen Reginald Bailey IIIis from the Cardinal Chapter in
St. Louis. He has come to the end of his term and is happy to have had the honor
and privilege to be in a position that allowed him to serve and grow in so many
ways. Teen Reggie, as everyone calls him, is thankful to his peers for having the
faith and confidence in him to elect him. While he didn’t know what to expect
coming in, the support and dedication of the Area III Executive Board and the
wonderful Teens were a special piece in the puzzle to help make him a successful
President.
Teen Reggie gives special credit to the Area III TTA Director for giving him direc-
tion to help him lead the monthly conference calls, the in-person plenary sessions
and just generally being the best he can be. He identified her as ‘none other than
the beautiful and fearless Lady Cat” who has been with him every step of the way.
In his last year as a member of Top Teens, Teen Reggie plans to serve through his
chapter. He feels it is his mission and his passion to serve our community and will
continue to live by our creed “Participation is our Foundation as Leaders of Tomorrow.” He will always respect and cherish
this organization and the many friends he’s made.
