South Suburban Chicago Chapter Area III Youth Ambassador
Top Teens of America for Sickle Cell Disease
Receive Prestigious Jefferson
Award for Public Service
The South Suburban Chicago Chapter of Top Teen Evan N. Abraham
Teens of America (SSCC TTA) was recognized
and celebrated by the District 205 Student Board Teen Evan N. Abraham is honored to represent Area III as
of Education for outstanding community service. the Youth Ambassador for Sickle Cell Disease.
As a result of this service, SSCC TTA was
highlighted for exceptional performance and Teen Evan is a 10th grade Honors Student at Homewood
dedication, receiving the Jefferson Award for Flossmoor High School. She plans to major in Engineering
Public Service. at an HBCU.
The Jefferson Awards Foundation is America’s She is a member of the Girls Varsity Golf Team and the JV
