On Saturday, August 22, 2015 the Lincoln Park Chicago Chapter Crown Jewel Awards
Midway Chicago Chapter, Top Ladies
of Distinction, Inc. hosted their 10th 124
Anniversary Gala at the Parkway
Ballroom, Chicago, Illinois.

Because of organizer Lady Carol J. Harris’
vision, southwest and Englewood areas of
Chicago, the Midway Chicago Chapter
joined the prestigious ranks of Top Ladies
of Distinction, Inc. Seeing the need for an
organization such as Top Teens of America
in this area, Lady Carol set out on a mission
which lasted three years. She was finally
successful in fulfilling a dream and a vision.
With the theme of the chartering, “The
Colors of Sisterhood, Building A Better
World, One TLOD Chapter at a Time”,
Midway began its quest into service. In our
10th Year, The Midway Chicago Chapter of
Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated
takes great pride in proclaiming our years of
service, by implementing programs that
make a difference in the lives of our Youth,
improve the quality of life of Senior
Citizens, enhance the Status of Women,
embellish the Community and embrace
Community Partners to enlarge our level of
service.

We honored our Charter TLOD Members
and Charter Top Teens who have valued
the importance of diligently working in
their communities to render service. Their
dedication exemplifies the concept of
community leadership and volunteer
service.
