who was assigned to the crime prevention community outreach unit. Our goals were to come up with ways
to prevent crime and train the community on how to protect themselves. My second year, I worked with the
General Pediatrics department where I participated in two major projects; 1) helping to scale up a process to
staff and service a Full Service Mobile Unit with a full clinic on a bus that will service every school and make
it much easier for youth to get to the doctor; and 2) working with doctors alongside the Lakewood High
school In-School Clinic so student don’t have to leave school just to go to the doctor. The Internship helped
me understand the skills and responsibilities that I need.” he said.

Teen Bryson has been a Top Teen for 2 years and serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Chapter.
The Greater Cleveland Chapter of TLOD and Top Teens have selected the Volunteerism and
Leadership component of the Investing Mission and M.O.M.E.N.T.U.M. program as a focus for
2015-2019 Program years.
