Wendell Top Teen Wins National Election in St. Louis

Teen Ashley Campbell attended the 40th
National SynLod of the Top Ladies of
Distinction, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri, June
24-28, 2017. She was elected National 2nd
Vice President of Top Teens of America.
The Wendell Chapter also won the
National “5 Star Status” designation for its
program, its commitment and its
outstanding work in the community.
The national organization’s major focus is
on mentoring Top Teens of America,
Service to Senior Citizens, Enhancing the
Status of Women, Community
Beautification and Community Partnership.
Its National Projects include NAACP,
National Council of Negro Women. UNCF,
Literacy, Sickle Cell Disease, the March of
Dimes and the St. Jude Children’s
Research Hospital.
Wendell Chapter delegates attending were
Lady Marlene Fullwood, Lady Krista
Hinson, along with Teen Taylor Gray and
Teen Ashley Campbell.
