 Received $100,000.00 from the Anthony J. Hall, Jr. Endowment Fund for Top Teens of America
 Raised over $4,500 for the Flint Water Crisis
 Received the Legacy Award from UNCF
 Invited all partners to 2016 P-TOP and gave them a forum at the Opening Session
 Took 30 Teens to NASA for the 2016 Vivien Coe Richard TTA Leadership Academy
 TTA Walk for St. Jude; first multi-cultural organization to have their own walk with St. Jude
 "Don't Be a Bystander" Bullying Initiative introduced with NICHD
 Donated over 5,000 healthy food filled backpacks for at risk schoolchildren as well as made

    monetary donations;
 Areas donated food, clothing, school supplies and other much needed items to the communities

    where the conferences were hosted
 HBCU Gala Fundraiser in Houston, Texas with approximately 600 in attendance netting

    approximately $20,000 in profits
 TTA raised over $12,500 for the Dred Scott Statue Initiative
 Approved a new headquarters with over 3,500 square feet at 2607 Prospect, Houston, TX. Formal

    Open House held with over 150 in attendance from Texas, Illinois, Virginia, DC, Georgia, Louisiana,
    Florida, Missouri
 Improved TLOD's presence and customer service abilities at the National Headquarters by setting
    office hours of 1 to 5, Monday thru Friday
 Club Express Membership Database for better tracking of membership and improved
    communication
 The Scepter e-magazine
 Trademarked everything relative to Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.
 Revamped website making it more user friendly and useful
 Revamped the TLOD Membership Services Store
 Initiated a council of legal officials with a representative from each area to provide legal counsel
 Provided webinars, workshops, clinics and continuing education at every opportunity for a more
    informed membership
 Promoted consistency throughout the organization
 Increased authorized vendors, providing placement on the website including the Official TLOD
    jeweler, Award Concepts
 Increased Social Media presence with National Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube and
    Google
 Updated the use of technology, i.e., skyping, tablets for registration, new systems at the National
    Headquarters
 Improved communications through weekly bulletins, timely greetings, mass emails
 Developed standard PowerPoint presentation for Membership Intake - Meet & Greet/Orientation
 Charter member of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture
 Hosted "Because We Care" Caregivers and "I Will Survive" Forums
 Tracking history, archives, records and preparing documents to get TLOD listed on Wikipedia
