Our employee compensation is competitive with local pay scales and salaries are pegged to the CPI
(Consumer Price Index). The ratio of the basic salary and remuneration of females to males for each
employee category:
• Executive Management (Only 1 gender grouping)
• Senior Management (Only 1 gender grouping)
• Middle Management (71:100)
• Junior Management (100:76)
• Semi-skilled (100:85)
• Unskilled (1:1)

Minimum Wages
Xperien’s staff are compensated on wages subject to minimum wage rules. The ratio of the entry level wage
by gender stands at:
