                  and  is  aware  that  it  needs  to  keep  its  human  resources  up  to  date  regarding  relevant  knowledge  and
                  capabilities.
                  Our  Human  Resources  Department  aligns  its  training  programme  in  a  manner  that  will  have  the  most
                  organizational impact. Our strategy for staff development aims to:
                      •   Define the future of the company.
                      •   Find the gaps in the current skill level in comparison to future skills that may be required by the
                         business.
                      •   Set strategic training and development objectives (for existing staff and new hires).
                      •   Communicate on the company’s training policy (purpose and objectives).
                      •   Deliver on the intended training.
                      •   Support continuous learning in the workplace.
                      •   Comply with BBBEE regulations.
