Policies
Our internal SHEQ-PRC-004 Competence Training and Awareness policy seeks to ensure that employees
are trained and are competent to carry out their specific job functions.
We monitor our performance regarding education and training on a regular basis. Internal reports are done
annually. Results are collated and followed up by management approaches that are adapted accordingly.
We monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our management approach.
As a measure of the investment made in training, and the degree to which the investment is made across
the entire employee base. The average hours of training show that we are doing a better job in terms of
training females, as they have more than double the average amount of time that males trained in
2020/2021.
