           Growth of Human Resources



           Xperien employed 17 new employees during the reporting period, all of whom are local.

           Our Human Resources growth strategy involves acquiring top talent by targeting competent individuals who will add to the soft and
           technical skills of the company.
           Xperien has a low staff turnover, with our attrition rate for the reporting period sitting at 0.17%. This proves the company is able to meet
           the many needs and expectations of staff and attests to the fact that we can retain top skills within the organisation over a longer
           period.
