Ratios of Basic Salary and Remuneration of Women to Men


           Our employee compensation is competitive. Local pay scales and salaries are pegged to the CPI. We have fair ratios of the basic
           salary and remuneration of women to men for each employee category:

           •   Only 1 gender group represented at Executive Management
           •   100:234 for Senior Management
           •   100:185 for Junior Management
           •   106:100 for Semi-skilled
           •   264:100 for Unskilled


           Ratios of Local Minimum Wages vs Entry Level Wages

           Xperien’s staff is compensated on wages subject to minimum wage rules. The ratio of the National Minimum Wage to the Entry Level
           Wage by gender stands at:
           •   100:129 for men
           •   100:172 for women
