2.3 Replacement of defective Micro Processors:
19 nos. of Micro Processors
(U/W-10 & O/W-9) were
defective in LHB EOG AC
coaches at SC. Replaced all
defective equipments and
ensured working in good
condition.

2.4 HOG Test-Kit for testing IV/UIC coupler continuity test:
Department staff had designed & developed a portable test-kit which will
be used to check the healthiness of HOG control circuit of LOCO, Power

car, LSLRD and testing of IV/UIC coupler.

2.4 Replacement of defective Micro Processors
 Initially 2.5KW EBC and 4.5KW
RBC were used to provide 110V
DC feed to control circuits of AC
panel & both were mounted
inside Switch Board Cabinet
onboard.
 2017 onward both were
replaced by EBC and mounted
inside Switch Board Cabinet.
 In case of any failure like MCB
tripping, it was attended in
running condition by
accompany mechanic.
 2019 onward RBC & EBC has been replaced by combined RBC cum
EBC (4.5 KW) and mounted underframe.
