    Work Immersion                                                     Ilocos  Norte  Regional  School  of  Fisheries  (INRSF)
                                                       continues  to  provide  work  immersion  partners  that  can
                                                       enhance  the  skills  and  broaden  their  knowledge  in
                                                       Aquaculture  and  Fish  Food  Processing.  On  the  other
                                                       hand,  General  Academic  Strand  is  exposed  to  work
                                                       immersion  partners  that  suit  their  interest  in  business
                                                       management and health practices.
                                                                 The  Memorandum  of  Agreement  signed  between
                                                       INRSF  and  the  partner  agencies  (BFAR-  NIFTDC,
                                                       Philippine  Carabao  Center,  Karmelli  Hospital,  MMSU-
                                                       Food  Innovation  Center  and    other  Local  Government
                                                       Agencies,   strengthened the collaboration.
                                                                   Throughout  these  partnerships,  the  School
                                                       Governance Council (SGC) provided support through the
                                                       provision of transportation services and free lodging.

                                                                                            initiative  of  SGC  and  the
                                                                                            school  is  to  prepare  the
                                                                                            students  with  the  real
                                                                                            work  station  they  will  be
                                                                                            facing  after  graduation.
                                                                                            This  was  manifested  in
                                                                                            the graduates that  INRSF
                                                                                            keeps on producing.

          Ilocos Norte Regional School of Fisheries students showcased their skills in Aquaculture in the Bureau
  of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources- National Integrated Fisheries Technology Development Center. Among
  the  activities  the  students  were  exposed  to  were  digging/excavation  of  land  for  pond  construction,
  monitoring the Tilapia Hatchery, cleaning of fish tanks, harvesting of Tilapia in the ponds, inoculation  and
  production  of  Milkfish.  Their  exposure  to  these  activities  test  their  skills  and  abilities  in  the  field  of
  Aquaculture.
                    Fish  Food  Processing  was  exposed  to  the  Milkfish  laboratory  where  they  displayed  their  skills  in
  deboning, cleaning and marinating fish. They were given the chance to manipulate and get exposed to the
  laboratory apparatus and equipment that are not present in the school.
