Project Light: Ensuring 24/7 Security                                                         INRSF COMPENDIUM



           As part of the lighting project of the Office of the
     Hon.  Congressman  Ferdinand  Alexander  “Sandro”  A.
     Marcos,
         INRSF received 8 units of solar panels strategically
     installed  around  the  junior  high  school  campus
     through  the  five  (5)  Barangay  Chairmen  of  Metro  La
     Paz  and  the  officers  of  the  School  Governance
     Council.
         Project Light is one among the projects outlined in
     the school’s Annual Implementation Plan which seeks
     to brighten every corner of the school to discourage

     intruders from entering the compound particularly at
     night. It is a part of the 24/7 security program of the
     school. The area where the JHS buildings are generally
     located is now beaming with light.





                                                                        MAINTAINING SCHOOL FACILITIES
                                                                                FOR BETTER LEARNING


                                                                             The primary output of the school is
                                                                     the  repair  of  classrooms,  with  the
                                                                     performance        indicator      being      the
                                                                     completion  of  repair  activities.  The  2024
                                                                     physical  targets  include  repairing  the

                                                                     leaking roofs of five classrooms, repairing
                                                                     the ceilings of three classrooms, replacing
                                                                     broken  jalousies  and  glasses  in  six

                                                                     classrooms,  and  rehabilitating  one  water
                                                                     system.
                                                                               The  funding  of  these  projects  comes
                                                                     from  various  sources.  The  Maintenance
                                                                     and  Other  Operating  Expenses  (MOOE)

                                                                     had  an  allotment  of  ₱126,000,  of  which
                                                                     ₱71,840      was     obligated      and     fully
                                                                     disbursed.     Additionally,      the     school

                                                                     canteen contributed ₱14,880, with ₱6,341
                                                                     also  obligated  and  disbursed.  It  conveys
                                                                     transparency  in  fund  utilization  while
                                                                     emphasizing  the  ongoing  efforts  to
                                                                     achieve the remaining targets, ensuring a

                                                                     better learning environment for students.
