Priorities for the last 3 years
The priorities for the last 3 years shall be on sustaining and evaluating programs:

• Continuation of programs and projects on access, equity, quality, and resilience and well-
being
• Operationalization of the strategies initiated during the first three years
• Evaluation of programs and projects
• Impact evaluation
• Development of new programs to address emerging education issues and opportunities
and
• End of Plan Assessment and Evaluation

Monitoring and Evaluation
The monitoring and evaluation of the Division Education Development Plan are
necessary in determining the extent to which the program, project, activity or
intervention outcomes stated in the plan are on-track. Reports on progress monitoring
are needed to make any needed adjustments. Further, it shall guide the administration to
make informed decisions on operations management, basic education service delivery
and in ensuring the most effective and efficient use of resources.
