WHAT TO EXPECT
THE FRONT-END PROCESS
3 CONTRACT

After the design and estimate looks good to you and is inclusive of everything you are wanting for your project, we
enter the contract process.

Our contract language is listed beneath the estimate, so all you must do is hit the sign in person or hit the ‘Approve’
button and sign your digital signature to accept the estimate.
Once the contract is approved in Buildertrend, you will be able to:

-view contract

-view schedule
-view and approve design selections

-view and approve change orders

-pay invoices and change orders
-access your project files / documents

-view construction and completion photos
-view construction updates from your project manager

DEPOSIT + DRAW PAYMENTS

We will send you a digital invoice from Buildertrend for
deposit and draw payments.
How to Pay:

1. via Personal Check in-person (we can input this
manually)

2. via Buildertrend through ACH bank transfer
