WHAT TO EXPECT THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

7 PUNCH LIST

It is nearing the end of the project. Around the time when we are 95-

99% completed, we will do a punch list walk through with you. This is
when we go over any outstanding construction items that need
addressed. These could be things like touch-ups, a paver is broken
and needs replaced, a light is not working and needs a new bulb, etc.
Once we create the list, this will be sent to you for your records and

we will get working on getting it completed.

FINISH
It is the very last day, and we are cleaning and packing up. The design has come
to life before your eyes and now you can live in your project.
