WHAT TO EXPECT THE FRONT-END PROCESS
5 ZONING PERMITS, BUILDING PERMITS

Sit back and relax as we take care of all the bureaucratic requirements! We prepare zoning and building permits for
submission 6 weeks or more prior to starting your project. The cost to prepare these is already included in your
contract. We may ask you to confirm specifics regarding your township and then we take it from there!

Some of the documents that we prepare include:

-2D layout showing distance from property lines and dimensions of proposed plan with labels

-Completed Zoning/Building applications required by townships, counties, and cities
-Pool construction plans including top bonding details, electrical details, plumbing details, etc.

-Material sheets showing pavers, walls, copings, pool colors, auto cover colors

-Landscape plans detailing plantings
-Gas line schematics

-Gas appliance loads and details
-Fire-pit and Fireplace burner and line details

-Elevations showing finish heights of proposed items

-Property survey (existing)

“HANDING OFF THE TORCH”

When we are a couple days from beginning your project, we will have a Pre-Construction Meeting on site at your
home. During this meeting, the project manager will go over the contracted scope of work and layout the site. This
is the best time to go over any questions or changes that you would want to make.
