ASSESS
● Foundations damaged or undermined
● Anchoring and grout (damage, missing bolts, displacement)
● Impact damage (buckled or bent columns and elements)
● Corrosion and wear
● Buried structures
NOTE: Buried structures have different negative impact:
● They can not be assessed
● Moisture from the accumulated material will accelerate corrosion and degradation.
Keep your structures free of material.
Protect your structures from corrosion, abrasion and impact by mobile equipment.

● Corrosion, wear and deformation of grating,
checker plates and guardrailing
● Damaged or missing fixations and walkway
supports
● Dust or material accumulation
● Incorrect installation
