Judy Magalhaes, R.N., M.S.N., is Vice President of Ambulatory Care at Jupiter Medical Center, where she oversees all aspects of Ambulatory
Care and Outpatient Services. Magalhaes spearheaded the development, planning and opening of the hospital’s five urgent care centers, includ-
ing two in Jupiter and locations in Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach and Stuart. She also implemented “CareAnywhere,” the hospital’s
Telemedicine program. Additional departments and service lines under her supervision include Oncology, Imaging, Occupational Health,
Clinical Research, Wound Care, Sleep, Pain Management, Wellness, Outpatient Rehabilitation, and the Jupiter Medial Center Physician Group.
Magalhaes is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing (AAACN), and the
Urgent Care Association of America. She is a graduate of the University of Hartford, where she earned her Master of Science Degree, and
Quinnipiac College, where she received
her degree in Nursing.
